7. Yellowstone National Park
Wyoming is the best place you can go if you’re looking for hiking, seeing bison, admiring the perfect mountain landscape, or simply getting lost in the wilderness. But the state’s best asset is Yellowstone National Park.
As seen in the picture above, the park looks like it’s out of this world. There are wild animals walking freely in this park and if you’re in luck, you can even catch a glimpse of this incredible wilderness. It’s also known for its geothermal features, one of the most popular being the Old Faithful geyser.
Yellowstone is the definition of Mother Nature.
Fun fact: Yellowstone was the first national park in the world

Thank you for the beautiful photos, they’re exquisite. You should also include Rocky Mountain Park, Estes, Colorado. I’ve only been once, makes you feel like you’ve entered another world, it was beautiful and if you go to the top of the trail, you’ll see snow capped mountains in the middle of summer.
Beautiful pictures — some of these places I have visited. Seeing the wonderful pictures was almost worth the aggravation of all the commercials!
Well, Yellowstone National Park is my ALL TIME favorite destination in the USA.–even before I saw this article. However, I do think TETON NATIONAL PARK and the “Going to the Sun” highway is pretty spectacular.
