#5 Paros, Greece
If you want to explore some of the European continent but do not want to deal with the heat that becomes a normal occurrence in the summer months, you may want to visit Greece in the winter months. Their weather is a bit older than what we had on the list so far, but it is still warm when you take into consideration that we get freezing temperatures in some parts of the U.S. during winter. In the isles of Paros, you will find temperatures between 58 and 50 degrees from December to March!
They are not as popular as other big islands in Greece, but they have a lot of amazing beaches and places to visit and explore. They have fewer tourists than other islands but still have those iconic white houses and Greek architecture that everyone loves, with a lot of hillside towns and hidden swimming caves to explore. Some of the places we recommend are the Lefkes, Marpissa, Noussa, and Parikia villages!
